About ROgan
I'm a sports and fitness fanatic who lives in Cape Town, RSA. I have a deep love for helping people who struggles to lose weight and who would like to get into shape.
I personally was over weight for a long time in my life until I had enough. I decided to turn my life around , which I have and now I'm wanting to help others who are needing the same help.
