I am a writing tutor for students in grades 6-12. I have a BFA in Acting and a minor in Sociology from Ithaca College. I am committed to helping her students achieve success and find joy!

I knew that Samara had spent her entire life dedicated to literacy and writing. She had been a writer’s agent for years, and so I knew I could trust her to help my son Brendan with his writing . Brendan despises writing, but with Samara’s help, guidance , and support she was able to get him to write well! Who knew he had it in him? She brought it out of him with her positive , “can-do” techniques . It wasn’t just about getting him to write well… her tutoring style gave him the confidence to try.
