I am Mehar Makhni. From Amritsar, Punjab. As a student I wanted to be a part time yoga instructor/fitness trainer as my parents and friends encouraged me because I am very good at gymnast and having a great level of flexibility andso, that's the reason.

Nowadays, students are busy playing video games or busy on social media. So, for bringing a change I started doing exercise and yoga everyday once in my routine and my guru ji was so proud of my flexibility and fitness so, he said that I could be a junior yoga instructor or a fitness trainer , so am I. Students must do exercise or yoga everyday. To make this happen I am here to teach or instruct u to how to do exercise or yoga. Thank you
