I am wanting to teach—not only to help others become higher achievers, but also because I know I myself will learn more by doing so and helping others.

I like to approach work from a lower level rather than using stronger words than most might to help people truly grasp the concepts—and once it is made sense of, then advancing it to be more “textbook” vocabulary.
Also reinforcing how to properly respond to questions based on their command words (such as apply, identify, explain, state)
