About Rajeswari
I have over 18 years of experience in full-time English Content and Learning and Development specialist roles in global MNCs like IBM, Capgemini and CTS and leading Indian newspapers like The Times of India, The Hindustan Times and The Asian Age. My last full-time role was: Manager, Marketing and Communications, Capgemini University. However, I wanted to explore independent consulting for a while and currently I am a remote senior English content expert with Textmercato.com. I have worked for their top clients like Vedantu, Knowledge Hut, FirstCry, FabIndia, Yatra, Cleartrip, Paytm Mall, Policy Bazar, Shehnaz Hussain, D’Décor, Big Basket, etc. I am constantly on the lookout for better opportunities . I have a Black Belt in Internal Communications and a Brainbench Certification in Technical Writing.

My approach is do-learn-do! I like to make it interactive. I like to give my students hands-on practical training. I also ensure that whatever they learn can be easily applied on jobs, assignments, projects, classrooms etc. I can teach at all levels because while I have been involved in Learning and Development of a corporate audience for years, I also teach English to my 11-year-old son at home.
