Like me, my friends who love coffee are very curious about the process and principles of coffee making. How does coffee change from seeds to drinks on the table? Where does the flavor of the coffee come from? How do coffee flavors change in different ways and regions? How do we taste coffee? How to make delicious and beautiful coffee? Come and join me in the world of coffee!

About the lesson

I train students and adults above senior high school in coffee making. Each class lasts at least 1.5 hours.

Using PPT, the theoretical classroom knowledge of electronic technology and the practical operation of coffee machine

I have two years' experience as a barista coach in a vocational and technical school in China.

2 years experience as a barista and coffee making trainer. In China, we provide technical guidance to practitioners in the beverage industry and research and development design of new beverages.
