About David
Hello, I'm David. I have more than 20 years experience teaching English. I've taught all over the world, and I've taught levels from beginner to advanced. I've got a degree in Physics (which I don't use at all these days), and actually I also work as a Translator. I'm very patient and will work at your own pace.

Rather than trying to write my own materials, I simply follow the contents of some of the excellent coursebooks available. The lessons resemble a class lesson, but I will be your partner and can guide and adapt based on your responses. I hold a TEFL from EF, and taught English in China for around 10 years, and then another 2 years in Taipei teaching IELTS for university applicants. I also taught in the UK for 2 years full time, focusing on CAE students mostly (equivalent of C1 nowadays), along with beginners and intermediate. So I've got plenty of experience. I can teach from A1 (total beginner) to C2 level. Students must be over 12 years old. Sessions are 55 minutes.
