About Blake
I'm Blake, a 19-year-old Perth boy born and raised! My passion for music stems all the way back to myself at 5 years old picking up an acoustic guitar for the first time, after 6 years of weekly lessons at a young age my passion for guitar in itself was immense. I continued playing daily all throughout high school perfecting my skills and playing ability, now having played in multiple bands over 14 years of playing the instrument I've developed a love for all things music and have enjoyed teaching multiple friends and family members how to play the instrument that is such a massive part of my life. After a year of traveling on and off I'm eager to start teaching new/upcoming guitarists how to perfect the art of being a guitarist and develop a strong passion for music as I do myself.

Personalized lessons to guitarists of all levels, implementing customized tabs to make learning new progressions and songs as simple as possible. Generally a 30 or 45 minute class working through a range of activities including but not limited to, working through an appropriate chord exercise depending on skill level, getting familiar with chord shapes and building a muscle memory for chord progressions, learning a part or the entirety of a song of choice to focus on throughout the week, practicing common scales and learning riff techniques. These lessons suit new guitarists starting to learn but also experienced guitarists looking to polish their skills. I have been playing guitar daily for the past 14 years, playing as a lead guitarist in multiple bands, with ample experience and a positive teaching attitude I will always ensure every student gets the most out of every lesson.
