"I have been practicing yoga for the last three decades and have sought guidance from renowned gurus. My practice involves various forms of yoga - Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Hatha yoga, pranayama, and meditation. My philosophy is to offer daily salutations to the guru, follow his teachings, and immerse totally in his thoughts, which is indeed the highest form of gratitude to the guru. I believe in 'Yogas Chitta Vritti Nirodha,' which means to pull together, to bind together; to unite. In yoga, it means to create union between body, mind, soul, and universal consciousness. I love to keep learning every day and have helped guide my students onto the path of yoga. My classes are bound to leave you relaxed, stretched out, strengthened, and completely at peace."
