About Leona
I am a passionate singing tutor with 13 years of teaching experience and a Master’s degree, dedicated to helping students unlock their vocal potential and enjoy the art of singing. I believe every voice is unique and can be developed with proper training, patience, and regular practice. My teaching style is friendly, motivating, and focused on building both technical skills and self-confidence.
Throughout my teaching career, I have guided students of different ages and skill levels, helping them improve vocal control, musical understanding, performance confidence, and artistic expression. I simplify advanced vocal techniques into easy-to-follow lessons that allow students to learn comfortably while enjoying every stage of their musical journey. My goal is to inspire students to sing with confidence and emotion.
I personalise every lesson according to each student's goals, learning style, and preferred musical genres. Whether learning for professional performances, competitive events, examinations, stage shows, or personal enjoyment, I provide continuous support, constructive feedback, and practical guidance. Watching students grow into confident singers who genuinely enjoy music is the most rewarding part of my teaching journey.

My singing lessons are designed to help students discover their natural voice while building strong vocal techniques in an enjoyable and supportive environment. I teach breathing exercises, voice projection, pitch accuracy, rhythm, vocal warm-ups, pronunciation, and expression using simple step-by-step methods. Every lesson is customised to suit the student's age, experience, vocal range, and musical interests for steady and confident progress.
Students explore various styles including classical singing, contemporary music, devotional songs, pop, folk, and film music while learning essential music theory and performance techniques. I focus on improving vocal strength, flexibility, tone quality, stage presence, and emotional expression through practical exercises and personalised practice routines. Regular feedback helps students strengthen their abilities while maintaining healthy vocal habits.
Whether students are preparing for school performances, music examinations, auditions, competitions, concerts, or simply singing as a hobby, I provide structured guidance and continuous encouragement. My lessons create a positive atmosphere where students feel comfortable expressing themselves creatively while developing confidence and lifelong musical skills through consistent learning and practice.
