I have spent 10 years playing professionally in Super Rugby, The UK Premiership, NPC in New Zealand and the Major League Rugby in the USA. I have a passion for supporting the next generation of athletes and believe every player deserves an opportunity to fulfill their potential. I will help you realize real success.

About the lesson

Planning and preparing off the field is just as important as turning up on the weekend on game day.

I’m a passionate believer and advocate for preparation, planning, goal setting and mental skills involved in putting out a physically and mentally aligned winning performance consistently.

Lessons with me consist of a tailored developmental approach to building quality habits, self-development exercises, rugby specific education, mentoring and personalised support tools and networking opportunities.
