About Christina

As a Psychology graduate with a focus on mindfulness, I have studied meditation and expressive movement for over 5 years. I have conducted group guided meditations and instructed mindful movement classes while ensuring a safe space for my students, so they could feel free in exploring their deeper emotions.

Facilitating a warm and welcoming environment so my students can feel understood and heard is of most importance to me. Please don't hesitate to message me with any questions!

About the lesson

I begin my mindfulness lessons by doing a quick check in, mentally, physically and spiritually. We can discuss which point is in the most need of focus for the session, then we will begin a guided meditation personalized to your specific needs.

Guided meditations range from breathing exercises, calming visualizations, or expressive movements.

Additional Expertise: Chakras, Energy healing, tarot.
