About Elif
I am a Certified Yoga Teacher. I have been practicing yoga for almost 6 years and teaching for the past 8 months.
My styles are Hatha and Vinyasa for all levels.
I have completed 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training (including Yoga Anatomy and Physiology) and Advanced Yoga Teacher Training-300 hours program.
I believe sharing and teaching is a great honor. As a yoga teacher, my style is based on a yogic discipline called Ashtanga yoga. I teach traditional aspects of yoga which focusing on of postures that you connect with breath and movement.

I think balanced teaching is important, so I design balanced sequences include physical alignment, pranayama, meditation and philosophy of yoga allowing students to practice safely and effectively. I approach every student as a unique individual and create classes based on their personal needs and physical issues.
