About Krista
I have been certified as a yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance since 2019. I also have a BA in Dance Education from Hope College. I have taught dance and yoga classes for children and adults for the past 20 years in a number of different states. I particularly like to combine dance and yoga, but I will adjust the class based on the needs of the client.

I like to do dance and yoga to improve my mental and physical health. I bring this approach to teaching, promoting health through yoga and dance forms as well as providing opportunity for free movement. I like to listen to how the client is feeling before each class in order to best decide what movements to include during the class.
