About Roseanna
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science in the field of Naturopathy Fortitude Valley while teaching Hatha yoga to QUT students which I learned in Khujuraho India. Most fortnights I drive up to the Sunshine Coast or Elliott Heads to work on my standup paddle surfing and kite boarding techniques which I have gotten into this year. I believe life is a balance between fun, work and self-care.

When it's time for yoga, I just begin the class without taking up too much time talking! I believe the lessons learnt are felt, heard and taken in by experience through movement and breath. I am happy to teach about the essential oils, flower essences and herbal extracts after class and give hand-outs with beginner yoga poses and chakra meditation technique but essentially learning is kinaesthetic in my classes.
