About Clinton
In 2015 I gave up a comfortable life as a professional consultant. Since then, my journey has taken me throughout the world, where I have connected with nature, experienced spiritual sites and learned modern and ancestral healing arts alongside different body-mind disciplines. My practices and lessons incorporate elements of different practices such as breathing, Yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, Qi-Gong, bioenergetics, myofascial liberation, somatic therapy, shamanism and healing through light, sound and energy. I have received great benefits from integrating these practices into my life and I am grateful to have the opportunity to serve others by consolidating and sharing this knowledge. I am a Yoga teacher certified by the Yoga Alliance International and I have completed a 200-hour Yoga and Meditation Teacher course with Gaitree Yoga at the Mahabodi International Meditation Center in Ladakh, India. My goal is to give you the reins so that you create a vibrant, healthy and joyful life. I offer private yoga classes in English, both individually and for groups. I am specialized in teaching techniques to release the tension of the physical, mental and emotional body through breathing, movement and meditation. I move to any point of the island and I also have a beautiful space near Sineu where to teach. I am certified as a yoga teacher by the International Mahabodhi Meditation Center in Ladakh (India), where the Dalai Lama resides during the summer. In my career I have had the opportunity to teach in different parts of the world such as India, the United States and Spain. My native language is English and I have the facility to teach both beginners and language experts. I graduated in finance and completed a Master in Real Estate from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. I like outdoor activities, playing music and meeting new people.
