Hey I'm Alex! A yoga teacher driven by my passions of helping others, empathy, and ambition to grow and challenge myself. I fell in love with yoga because it is not only is a great physical exercise but also a form of spiritual, mental, and emotional growth. In my teaching I focus not only on the style of the class but also the subtle changes that occur as we progress through a yoga practice. Tools like the breath, meditation, and tuning into awareness are all important aspects of yoga that tend to be easily overlooked in our everyday lives. Through focusing our attention within the self we can become clear on who we are, where we are, and where we want to be and from here cultivate presence.
