I have a mixed class of asanas and pranayama, which starts with a prayer and warmup.
I use a mix of Hatha yoga and Astanga Vinyasa Yoga in my class for weight loss, flexibility, strengthening muscles, good sleep, a healthy body, and a happy mind.
I always give instructions for correcting the postures.
Class Timing - Monday to Friday at 8:00AM to 9:00AM IST
