About Indu
I am a post graduate in M.A in yoga for human excellence and meditation. I am a civil engineer too. I have been practicing meditation for 3 years. I am committed to doing meditation since I am getting the benifits like positivity, awareness,stress free mind , strength of mind and cures in fear, depression and anxiety. In the fast working world we forget to train our mind unlike we do exercise for our body. To strengthen be out mind is necessary to be stress free and the way for happiness. I will teach meditation via video calling. I teach in Tamil , English and Telugu.
