About Josephine
I am an experienced Energy Healing Practitioner for over 15 years and am a certified advanced Yoga Teacher (500+ Hrs). I am also
currently studying my master's to become a licensed Psychotherapist. My students have been teens to seniors, and all have seen progress in their practices and personal development!

My yoga lessons focus meditative practices that support nervous system regulation, energy balancing, and embodied self-awareness. My specialties includes Yin, Vinyasa, and Hatha.
I take a trauma-aware, non-judgmental approach, encouraging students to move at their own pace and honor their individual needs.
I am currently obtaining my master’s in Counseling Psychology to become a psychotherapist, which informs my sensitivity to emotional patterns, boundaries, and nervous system care within yoga practice.
These lessons are especially supportive for sensitive, introspective individuals and those navigating stress, emotional transitions, or periods of inner change. My goal is to offer yoga as a grounding, nourishing practice that supports both emotional well-being and inner presence.
