I have had yoga in my life since I began dancing in 1996. A few years ago I broke my leg and found yoga practice to be the best recovery tool to enable me to get back to my usual training regime. I noticed how much stronger my body became with daily yoga practice and decided to train as a Yogi.

Perfect! Ben is a great teacher, very experienced, patient, down to earth, good humour and finds the right balance for individual needs. My husband and I enjoy the sessions together and have very different strength and weaknesses but both very happy.

Ben is a very welcoming and easygoing person. We know each other for quite a few years now - we did some dance work together. He is a great teacher! Ben got amazing knowledge and lots to give out! He is also a very productive and organized person!
Ben took on the crazy task of getting me ready to pull off a first dance with my new wife to a Latin beat! And we nailed it!!! (Well, from where I started it was a miracle!). Ben was brilliant in every way, great coach, fun to work with and really accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Details
Our first session will be on Zoom, we will have the chance to get to know each other and see if we would like to work together and if so what type plan we need, this session will be an hour or less. Future sessions can be on Zoom in your home or I know a few studios with a small fee. No travel fee for destinations within time 15mins travel time
