I AM AN EDUCATIONIST BY PROFESSION AND TEACHING COMES NATURALLY TO ME. I TOOK TO YOGA 5 YEARS BACK WHEN I STARTED SUFFERING FROM LIFESTYLE ISSUES AND WANTED TO CURE MYSELF IN A NATURAL WAY. AFTER PRACTISING YOGA I TOOK THE YOGA TRAINER COURSE IN 2020 AND BECAME A QUALIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTOR.
