About Fiorella
I enjoy teaching yoga because I have found significant improvement in my body after practicing. I started yoga to address the pain in my body and my lack of flexibility. Yoga has changed my life, and that's the message I want to share with my students. I guide classes by teaching my students the importance of listening to their bodies and staying connected with themselves.

I like to personalize classes because every person is different, with unique needs and goals.
In my classes, you will start with a meditation, followed by warm-up and joint mobilization. The flow includes sun salutations and variations. For Yin, expect a lot of relaxation. Aerial yoga offers fun and challenges throughout the class.
Class length: 45-60 minutes. Everyone is welcome to join.
Qualifications: 200 hours of yoga training, 70 hours of aerial yoga training, and Yin yoga teacher training."
