I have been teaching yoga for over 8 years to hundreds of students from all ages, backgrounds and physical limitations.
I have had several first-time yoga students go on to become yoga teachers themselves.
I have helped countless students overcome physical and mental limitations as I help them achieve their goals.

I am trained in heated power flow yoga, basic yoga and restorative yoga. Also have experience leading workshops specializing in hip opening, pre/post natal, and injury specific.
I am certified by CorePower Yoga in Power Yoga.
I also have several continuing learning hours that I completed with LifePower Yoga and Lifetime Fitness.
