About Nuno
Classes are given in a way planned according to the personal situation and specific cases of the people. The first session is the preparation of a specific individual plan taking into account the evaluation that is made. The lessons consist of working the different physical postures of yoga taking into account the alignments of the body while developing an awareness of body and mind.

I am graduated in Anthropology and Hatha Yoga teacher certified by the Yoga alliance (American). I practiced Yoga for almost 10 years and I practiced different styles, passing Samkhya, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Vedanta. I am currently teaching Hatha Yoga classes for groups.
