About Raina
"Fifteen years of teaching yoga has taught me that the best movement happens when we stop forcing. My approach is rooted in my Iyengar certification and BA in English and Education. I have spent a long time working with students to find comfort in their own skin.
The sessions rely on precision to ensure safety for everyone involved. I hold a BA degree which informs how I explain complex physical movements clearly. Coaching 13 years of classes has been a genuine joy for me. Helping people find relief is the best part of my day."
