About Mayté
8 years ago I put my feet for the first time on a mat, that day everything began to change.
I practiced personally for 5 years, I sought to deepen my knowledge and I chose my first certification of 200 hrs. I began to guide people and the response was very pleasant, this led me to specialize in therapeutic Yoga and day by day I continue studying and integrating new knowledge in my classes.
