About Asra
i am a doctor of pharmacy, i have been teaching yoga since 2015 in a private as well as group classes, i started teaching yoga in India as i got the certificate there in Bangalore, i have thought more than 100 of people till now and i could see the satisfaction and happiness in their faces after the class which really means a lot to me, i also teach breathing technique and meditation to relax our mind and stress releasing too.

i start with warm up then basic yoga asana depends on the class i chose different methods to work like, flexibility , strength, loose weight, relaxation and so many other moves and i close the section with meditation and breathing techniques ( Pranama)
