About Francesca
I am a part time yoga teacher based in South London. I currently am teaching vinyasa/hatha and power yoga style classes, alongside running workshops for strength x yoga, and a yoga & nature retreat this summer! I find joy in movement and want to bring this to as many people as possible. I love matching the energy of a class to some good music and having fun with the practice. I have been teaching for 5+ years in a variety of studios with all levels of students with different goals. Whether you just want to stretch out after a day at the office or work on toning up those abs I can design a class for you!

• I teach a range of styles: Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Strength/Sculpt yoga. • A typical lesson will be 60 minutes to enable us to get into a practice but I am flexible with what works for you. • I have 5+ years teaching experience online and in person • I want to bring the practice of yoga to anyone who rolls out their mat from beginners to seasoned yogis who want challenging.
