About Casandra
I am a professionally trained dancer with experience in teaching ballet to children and adolescents. At the same time I am a Yoga teacher and I can teach various styles such as Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative Yoga; I have experience in children, adolescents and adults teaching yoga.

My yoga classes are highly personalized and completely adapted to the practitioner's profile. If you are a beginner or had injuries we can work with Restorative Yoga and / or Hatha yoga; If you have more experience practicing and want to deepen your practice, Ashtanga or Vinyasa Yoga is for you. My methodology with boys and girls is very dynamic and I work hard on concentration and attention. The way in which I have been teaching classes has been online, but if you prefer face-to-face classes, we can also coordinate it with the respective sanitary measures.
