About Bruna
I am a Yoga Teacher graduated in 2016 by the Prakriti Yoga Yoga School, by Master Victor Lino, in São Caetano do Sul - SP. A year and a half of experience with private lessons and in Yoga schools and Pilates studios, now seeking an autonomous trajectory, but still doing what I love: teaching Yoga and introducing the practices of breathing, postural and meditation in people's daily lives , to provide greater physical, emotional, mental and vital well-being.

My classes last for an hour and resemble the practice of Classical Yoga, but more focused on the Southern Hemisphere - which would be Prakriti Yoga. Classes begin with breathing exercises, followed by postural exercises, which include alingamento, strength and endurance, as well as balance and body awareness, plus a relaxation exercise at the end with a time for meditation as well.
