My Yoga classes are accessible and are meant for everyone. My focus is to help you connect with your body, calm your mind and lead a fuller and happier life. I teach you how to breathe properly, correct posture, practice Yoga postures in a safe and authentic way. The result is drastic reduction in stress, better sleep, healthier digestion, feeling energetic and a much better quality of life.
