About Rishhika S
I am a practising Chartered Accountant, but yoga has been part of my life since I was 14, when I began training under B.K.S. Iyengar. Since then, I have studied under Sharath Jois in Mysore and several traditional teachers, with Avdhoot Baba Shivanand as my spiritual guru.
My practice comes from a strong lineage that goes far beyond asana, encompassing pranayama, dhyan sadhana, Raja Yoga, Yoga Therapy and the broader philosophy of yogic living. For me, yoga is not simply movement, but a complete system for physical health, mental clarity and inner transformation.
