I just turned 50 and am proud to be repeatedly told by many that I do not look anything more than 40. I owe it all to my lifestyle, meditation, yoga and eating habits. I understand the struggles of ladies after 40 and I am passionate about helping them in their transition.

Starting with breathing exercises and meditation I love to focus on calming and de-stressing my clients. followed by a series of carefully planned asanas which focus on hormonal imbalance, fatigue, joint pains and other symptoms. A good round of sun salutations and relaxation completes the session.
