i teach astanga yoga and hata yoga both, I also teach pranayama and medation which is a part of astanga yoga as it helps to be fit mentally.. i personally belive that staying strong with mind will helps for the growth of the person, and physical fitness will make a person biologically healthy. so, i teach both in class, and i give equal importance for both
