About Alison
I started my yoga journey when I took my first class at the local YMCA when I was in high school. My practice became more consistent when I started taking classes at CorePower Yoga in West LA. Eventually I signed up for the Studio Experience Team so that she could be a part of the yoga community. In 2018 I completed my 200 RYT training. Early in 2019 I completed an extension program to fine tune my teaching. I began teaching at CorePower in June of 2019. I have continued my education and completed my 300 Hour Training at the beginning of 2023.

My classes are rooted in intelligent sequencing. Drop into your body through breath and movement. I set my students up for success while guiding them through the thoughts and physical sensations that might arise. I love working with my students based on their individual needs.
