Empecé a tomar clases virtuales con lu en pandemia y desde entonces siempre la elijo para entrenar en streching y clásico. Tiene una metodología muy amable y clara para poder llevar al cuerpo y mejorar, además de muchos conocimientos de biomecánica que le permite enseñar bien en detalle a cada cuerpo .
