I Trained with Open College and successfully completed the prescribed theoretical ODL course of study in various fitness training skills & techniques. Instructed at LA Fitness clubs in England and Lifestyles Gym at the Mercure Hotel, Sussex
Instructed fitness classes in stretching, oriental dance, aerobics and zumba. Performed in community festivals, workshops and music videos as a dancer

My teaching method is relaxed and fun, I will not push you to learn any movements you ar not happy performing but will encourage you to try them. I base my teachings in an amalgamation of various styles of Belly Dancing without taking any form in a strict way. Dance is about fun, exercise and keeping fit after all!
