About Christopher
Hello! I’m a professional 3D character animator with 8+ years of industry experience working across gameplay, cinematics, and VFX. You can find samples of my work here: (concealed information)
I know the frustration of not hearing back from studios. and online schools are upwards of 2k for a few weeks. I'd love to help narrow the gap between where you are now to where you need to be competitive with honest feedback that hopefully doesn't feel like you're being used for your wallet.
Studios: Sony Interactive, Crystal Dynamics, Lightstorm Entertainment, Treyarch, etc…
Projects: Last of Us II, Avatar Sequels, Call of Duty Black Ops, The Grey Man, etc…

My teaching approach:
- Catering to student experience starting from fundamentals to reel creation. Specific to either Hand key, Motion capture, or live action plate workflows.
- Lessons based around 12 animation principles working on exercises starting with the bouncing ball to a full bipedal rig.
- Including my industry workflow to achieve pro level shots without access to expensive industry tools
- Clear, actionable feedback, no vague notes, just honest feedback based on industry expectations.
Who I work best with:
- Beginners looking to learn animation fundamentals
- Students currently in animation programs who want extra feedback
- Self-taught animators wanting to gain industry level feedback on their reels
My goal is to make animation feel approachable, structured, and achievable, while holding your work to real industry standards.

I met Chris years ago wanting to learn more about animation, and I was immediately impressed with his level of patience and empathy. He really takes the time to understand what it is you're hoping to gain out of your time learning from him. I had several times where he easily explained issues I was having with different types of software, and did so in a way that made it simple to remember for the future. You can tell that he remembers how it feels to first ever the industry, and he will treat you like a human being just trying your best.
