About Rick

During my 20 year IT career, in addition to pre-sales and hands-on engineering work, I led two training programs for internal corporate projects - a technical new hire training program, and a tutor / trainer for a cloud-based IT lab environment to let our engineers demo, learn, and evaluate our technology projects for customers. I love to teach.

About the lesson

I design both structured and flexible lessons, but my teaching thrives on conversation. Students follow the paths they need—often uncovering insights they didn’t expect. Most are adult professionals, both within and outside the IT world. I learn something every time, too.
