About Veshalin
I am an Engineering Student on a gap year, who achieved 10As in Matric and has excelled in International and National Olympiads in Maths and Physics. I have been tutoring students at my residence at UCT for 2 years as well as underprivileged high school students in Khayaleitsha, Cape Town.

My classes are result driven, using the same principles I used when studying in Matric. I share a love for science and first aim to instill a practical understanding and appreciation of the subjects in students. Thereafter I work to break down the course and examination structure as exam papers and questions usually have set formats and understanding these is the best way to prioritize results achieved. I can adjust my teaching strategy based on whether the student prioritizes gaining a complete understanding and furthering a love and knowledge for the subject or prioritizes the results achieved and course assessments, unfortunately due to our curriculum structure these are not one in the same and it is important to find the correct balance depending on the students personal desires and intentions.
